TREATMENT Cancellation, Refund & Childcare Policy

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel, or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Unfortunately you will forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course if the cancellation period is not adhered to.


We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavour to accommodate appointments for all of our clients at the times and days most convenient to them. Therefore, it is a waste of appointment time if a clinic room has been booked out for a treatment that cannot be carried out due to a last minute cancellation.

Refund Policy

All treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standard, however sometimes outcomes may not meet patients expectations and if you are not entirely happy with your treatment or procedure with us (it's rare, but it does happen!), we emphatically welcome your feedback and comments. However, as with any medical procedure, there is no guarantee to the outcome, and it is at the patient's own risk that these procedures are undertaken. The British Aesthetic Bar does not offer refunds on this basis. 


Prepaid Treatments

A full refund will be given if you change your mind about your prepaid purchase/s within 48 hrs (subjected to no treatments performed within this window) Note: A strict no-refund policy applies to treatments which purchased on offer.

Child Supervision

Children are welcome into our clinic however we regret that our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for both health and safety and insurance purposes.Please could we politely ask that you do not bring your children along to your appointment with us unless they are supervised by another adult.Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health and safety reasons.We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

RETURN POLICY

We suggest that you send your returns with mail tracking for product protection and to ensure prompt and traceable delivery. Please e-mail us at info@thebab.co.uk to obtain a Return Product Authorisation Form which will contain the address of where to ship your products back. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to The British Aesthetic Bar. 

Please note that items that are returned outside of the our Return Policy (i.e. without a Return Product Authorisation Form) will be rejected from our distribution centre and no refund will be issued. An e-mail notification will be sent once the status of your return issue is processed.

Lastly, due to regulatory compliance and lack of monitoring products once they leave our warehouse, The British Aesthetic Bar does not sell products that are returned back to our warehouse. This policy is to help ensure that you receive safe and effective products in every order with the trust that they have not been tampered with.


PATIENT RETURNS

Patient returns due to allergic reaction will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date from The British Aesthetic Bar. All patient returns must be shipped by the buyer to us before a product will be considered for replacement. Buyer may choose replacement of that product or an account credit on a future order for product being returned. We will honour this policy unless the products are being dispensed inappropriately.


CLAIMS POLICY

All leaking or defective product will be replaced within 30 days of the purchase date from The British Aesthetic Bar. We will issue a request for the product to be picked up at the expense of The British Aesthetic Bar. Buyer is responsible for all delivery product pickups issued by us. Buyer will be charged if leaking or defective product is not returned.
